Applies to the Jobs section. Shopping accounts are covered by the marketplace operator's own terms.
What we collect
- When you apply: your name, email, optional phone, cover letter, your answers to the employer's screening questions and your résumé file. Résumés are virus-scanned and stored securely; only the hiring company and the platform operator can access them.
- With a job-seeker account: the above plus your profile (headline, skills, experience, education, preferences), saved jobs, job alerts and the time you accepted this notice.
How it's used
- To process your application and keep you updated by email.
- To recommend roles and send job alerts — both can be switched off in privacy settings.
- Your profile is not visible to recruiters or the public unless you turn on “discoverable” there. Even then your email, phone and salary expectation are never shown.
- Applying without an account creates a separate applicant record; it is never merged with an existing account by email address.
Your choices
- Withdraw any application from My applications.
- Delete your job-seeker account, profile and applications at any time from your profile.
