Xylon Group Customer Care LLC is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative to join its team in Abu Dhabi.

Location: KEZAD, Abu Dhabi, UAE. Employment type: Contract; 5-9 years of experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Resolve queries and log cases
• Handle inbound calls, chat and email
• Escalate complaints promptly
• Meet CSAT and handling-time targets
• Follow service scripts and quality standards
