Umber Services LLC is looking for a Junior Executive Assistant to join its team in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities:

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare reports and presentations
• Manage executive calendars and travel
• Coordinate board and meeting logistics
• Handle confidential correspondence

• Experience supporting senior executives
• Discretion and professionalism
• MS Office skills
• Excellent English; Arabic is an advantage
• Strong organisation
