Orjuwan Group Contact Centre LLC is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join its team in Ras Al Khaimah.

Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. Employment type: Full-time; 2-5 years of experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain the knowledge base
• Track tickets in Zendesk or Freshdesk
• Reproduce bugs and escalate to engineering
• Troubleshoot product and software issues
• Communicate clearly with customers
