Key responsibilities:

• Ensure UAE labour law compliance
• Administer onboarding, contracts and visas
• Handle employee queries and policies
• Maintain HRIS records and payroll inputs
• Support performance and training cycles

• HR experience in the UAE
• Knowledge of the UAE Labour Law
• Discretion
• Degree in HR or business
• WPS and visa process knowledge
• 5+ years of relevant experience
