Umber Services LLC is looking for a Executive Assistant to join its team in Sharjah.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare reports and presentations
• Manage executive calendars and travel
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate board and meeting logistics
• Handle confidential correspondence
