Cobaltine Ventures Customer Care LLC is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join its team in Abu Dhabi.

Location: Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, UAE. Employment type: Full-time; 2-5 years of experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Communicate clearly with customers
• Maintain the knowledge base
• Troubleshoot product and software issues
• Reproduce bugs and escalate to engineering
• Track tickets in Zendesk or Freshdesk
