Layali Engineering & Construction is looking for a Senior Project Manager - Construction to join its team in Sharjah.

Location: Al Majaz, Sharjah, UAE. Employment type: Permanent; 5-9 years of experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage consultants, contractors and authorities
• Lead delivery of building projects to time, cost and quality
• Report to the client and board
• Control budgets and programme
• Chair progress meetings

Requisition: JR-26-002747

• 10+ years of construction project management
• Strong leadership
• Knowledge of UAE regulations
• Experience with high-rise or villa projects
• PMP is an advantage
• 5+ years of relevant experience
