Key responsibilities:

• Run internal audits and incident reviews
• Track KPIs and report to management
• Support accreditation visits
• Coordinate staff training on policies
• Maintain quality manuals and JCI standards evidence

• Data analysis skills
• Experience in hospital quality
• Knowledge of JCI or DOH standards
• 2+ years of relevant experience
