Key responsibilities:

• Maintain asset records
• Set up laptops, accounts and peripherals
• Support users on Microsoft 365 and Teams
• Escalate complex issues with clear notes
• Resolve first and second line support tickets

• Diploma or degree in IT
• Experience with Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365
• ITIL awareness is an advantage
• Basic networking knowledge
• Good customer service skills
• 5+ years of relevant experience
