Nasma Medical Centre LLC is looking for a Senior Healthcare Quality Officer to join its team in Ras Al Khaimah.

Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. Employment type: Permanent; 5-9 years of experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Run internal audits and incident reviews
• Maintain quality manuals and JCI standards evidence
• Support accreditation visits
• Coordinate staff training on policies
• Track KPIs and report to management

Requisition: JR-26-001105

• Knowledge of JCI or DOH standards
• Clear reporting
• CPHQ is an advantage
• Experience in hospital quality
• Data analysis skills
• 5+ years of relevant experience
