Hadiya Partners Customer Care LLC is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join its team in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities:

• Communicate clearly with customers
• Troubleshoot product and software issues
• Reproduce bugs and escalate to engineering
• Track tickets in Zendesk or Freshdesk
• Maintain the knowledge base
