Key responsibilities:

• Manage subcontractor payments and variations
• Support claims and contract administration
• Prepare BOQs, valuations and final accounts
• Track cost against budget
• Prepare cost-to-complete forecasts

Requisition: JR-26-000911

• FIDIC contract knowledge
• Degree in quantity surveying or civil engineering
• Negotiation skills
• CostX or Excel proficiency
• UAE project experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience
