Quantity Surveyor - Layali Engineering & Construction (DIFC)

Layali Engineering & Construction is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join its team in Dubai.

Location: DIFC, Dubai, UAE. Employment type: Temporary; 2-5 years of experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Support claims and contract administration
• Prepare BOQs, valuations and final accounts
• Prepare cost-to-complete forecasts
• Track cost against budget
• Manage subcontractor payments and variations

Requisition: JR-26-000719

• Negotiation skills
• CostX or Excel proficiency
• Degree in quantity surveying or civil engineering
• UAE project experience
• FIDIC contract knowledge
• 2+ years of relevant experience
